These are a series of short stories meant to read to a child, not for the child to read themselves (though they are welcome to).
The Adventures of Raven Roxby
I’m working with Brock Jones, a local artist, to bring the Tales of Princess Meridian into children’s books with illustrations. We’re making some changes. Princess Meridian is going to lose the crown, and be a regular, neighborhood girl. She will be Raven Roxby: adventurer, seeker, explorer of the suburban frontier. It just so happens she can speak to animals. This is a preliminary visual board from Cock-a-Doodle Duck. It'll probably be the spring of 2026 before these books hit the street, but it will be worth it.

The Tales of Princess Meridian
Princess Meridian has many adventures, and frequently learns a lesson in the process. These are stories I wrote for my daughter when she was very young. She complained nobody had the same name as her. While inspired by my daughter, I don’t think she ever kissed a frog, but is every bit a princess.
